One of the few venues I've played where there is NO haggling at the end of the night over the pay. You get what you agreed on plus they feed the band and the food is outstanding. The staff are friendly and the crowd is mellow. Good walk-in traffic and this venue is proactive with promotion. Be prepared for a long first set. At the owner's request you need to put in two hours for the first set. Reason? In his words: Sometimes the crowd will leave after the first break so if he gets at least two hours of crowd retention he's gotten his money's worth from the band (and again, we always get our guarantee). They like up-beat rock & roll and prefer the first 45 minutes to be acoustic so the people in the dining area are not disturbed.
